Pastor Jeff Griffith - Vision Pastor Jeff has been a pastor in the Nazarene Church since 1989. He has served in various roles in the Nazarene Church and has been the senior pastor of CFCNAZ since 1996. He is a graduate from the Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was ordained by the Virginia District in August 1999. Jeff places a strong emphasis on ministering to the family and outreach to the community. Jeff and his wife Teri have 3 children - Josh, Jared, and Erin, and a granddaughter Bentlee. Email: pastorjeff@cfcnaz.net   Pastor Jay Ford - Children & Financial Pastor Jay and his wife Denise are from Middletown, NJ, and have been married since 1989. They have two daughters. Lauren who is senior High and Rebecca who is in junior high. Jay is a graduate of Indiana University. He worked 13 years at Target before coming to CFCNAZ. Email: pastorjay@cfcnaz.net   Pastor Rick Delange - Technology & Multimedia Pastor Rick is originally from Mitchell, South Dakota. Having grown up in a pastor's home, Rick has been involved with music ministry in various forms for most of his life. He and his wife Shari met in bible college in Indiana and have been residents of the valley since 1987. They have four children: Jeremy, Jonathan, Jordan, and Morgan. Rick's passion is that everyone who enters the doors at CFC is able to experience the presence of God through the worship service. Email: pastorrick@cfcnaz.net   Pastor Josh Haney - Student Ministries Pastor Josh was born and raised in Waynesboro, VA. and his wife Joy in Lynchburg, VA. Josh is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has his Masters in Christian Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary. Josh and Joy were members of Community Fellowship before taking off to Kansas City, MO. to attend school and to pastor students in the Kansas City area. After six years they have returned to Community Fellowship to serve. They have a strong desire to help students find their place in God's story and to help them live out their life passionately. Josh and Joy have been married since 2001, have one son Brady, and two cats named Monroe and Porkchop. Email: pastorjosh@cfcnaz.net   Pastor Phil Burkhart - Worship & Creative Arts   Pastor Phil has been a part of the CFC family since August 2009.  He and his wife Angelia are both originally from the Midwest but felt the call of God to a new adventure in Waynesboro.  Phil has participated in many facets of music throughout his life, performing vocally from rock, R&B, and classical to Broadway.  He is also a drummer and percussionist with a focus in drum line and plays acoustic and electric guitar.  In college God led him into worship leadership and he has continued to follow the doors God has been opening over the past several years. He has led worship for groups in the thousands to groups of just a few, but each place has the same spirit and presence.  "I believe that my role is not to be a worship leader, but to create an environment where people can truly experience the presence of God.  A place where I am not seen, but God is seen." Phil is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University where he also served as the Director of Worship Ministries for 6 years.  In August of 2009 he was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene.  He enjoys sports, the outdoors, sweet tea, and the IOWA HAWKEYES! Phil and Angelia have plans for kids in the next few years but for now they are settling on their Chocolate Cocker Spaniel named Mocha.   Queenie Campbell - Administrative Assistant Queenie migrated from Singapore in 1993. She lives in Stuarts Draft with husband Clinton and is blessed with a son Andrew. Email: office@cfcnaz.net   Jennifer Ayers - Nursery Director   Michelle Bower - Office/Children's Ministry Assistant My family and I reside in Crimora, Va.  We have been a part of Community Fellowship since 2005.  I have been on staff at CFC since 2008, beginning as Children’s Director and now filling the role of Office Assistant.  My family and I love being part of this body of believers. What an amazing experience it is to worship our awesome God!
