PASTOR JEFF GRIFFITH
• Vision Pastor
Pastor Jeff has been a pastor in the Nazarene Church since 1989. He has served in various roles in the Nazarene Church and has been the senior pastor of CFCNAZ since 1996. He is a graduate from the Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was ordained by the Virginia District in August 1999. Jeff places a strong emphasis on ministering to the family and outreach to the community.

Jeff and his wife Teri have 3 children - Josh, Jared, and Erin, and a granddaughter Bentlee.

PASTOR JAY FORD

Pastor Jay and his wife Denise are from Middletown, NJ, and have been married since 1989. They have two daughters. Lauren is 14 years old and in 9th grade. Rebecca is 10 years old and is in 5th grade. Jay is a graduate of Indiana University. He worked 13 years at Target before coming to CFCNAZ.

PASTOR RICK DELANGE
• Technology & Multimedia
Pastor Rick is originally from Mitchell, South Dakota. Having grown up in a pastor's home, Rick has been involved with music ministry in various forms for most of his life. He and his wife Shari met in bible college in Indiana and have been residents of the valley since 1987. They have four children: Jeremy 19, Jonathan 16, Jordan 12, and Morgan 8. Rick's passion is that everyone who enters the doors at CFC is able to experience the presence of God through the worship service.

PASTOR TIM HARRISON
• Care & Community Outreach
Pastor Tim became a member of CFCNAZ in February of ’98. Now as a pastor, Tim says, "I am continually amazed at the grace God has extended to me and I want others to know that grace." His passion is see the Body of Christ reach out to the hurting in compassion and love. He and his wife, Sharon, (and black lab Sam) reside in Fishersville.

PASTOR STEVE HOLMGREN
• Worship & Facilities
Pastor Steve has been involved in music ministry since 1985 both on church staff and traveling in evangelism. He attended Northwestern College in Minneapolis as a Bible and music major. He was ordained by the Virginia district in 2006. Steve loves worshipping the Lord through the powerful tool of music. It paves the way and sets the table for us to receive the Word of God. Praise and worship is more than a song, it's a lifestyle.

Steve and his wife Michelle have been married since 1988 and have been serving God in the Church of The Nazarene since 1989.

"To serve God through music is a big challenge, but a rewarding one. I want to surrender myself daily to the cause of Christ so He can use me to make a difference."

PASTOR JOSH HANEY
• Student Ministries
Pastor Josh was born and raised in Waynesboro, VA. and his wife Joy in Lynchburg, VA. Josh is a graduate of Virginia Tech and is working on finishing his Masters in Christian Education at Nazarene Theological Seminary. Josh and Joy were members of Community Fellowship before taking off to Kansas City, MO. to attend school and to pastor students in the Kansas City area. After six years they have returned to Community Fellowship to serve. They have a strong desire to help students find their place in God's story and to help them live out their life passionately.

Josh and Joy have been married since 2001 and two kids…hmmm cats…named Monroe and Porkchop.

QUEENIE CAMPBELL
• Administrative Assistant
Queenie migrated from Singapore in 1993. She lives in Stuarts Draft with husband Clinton and is blessed with a son Andrew. "I am so glad to know the Lord and thankful to be able to serve Him through CFC as a member of the administrative staff. Praise the Lord from whom all blessings flow!"

KIM SPEARS

I'm excited about how the Lord is working in my life and in the life of CFCNAZ! I was saved as a young teenager and have been attending CFCNAZ for over 17 years. My husband, David & I are the parents of three children... Ashley, Brittani, and D.W. I have served in many areas over the years and am currently involved in the ministries of Worship/Choir, Encouragement, and Youth. I consider it an honor to be used for His Glory!
